ABOUT TRAINING FRAMEWORK REVIEW
HRD Corp is reviewing its training framework to realign with the original spirit and intent of the PSMB Act 2001, focusing on two key priorities:
1. Enhancing Training Quality – Greater emphasis on recognised certification-based and job-specific training aligned with industry needs; and ensure effective training delivery.
2. Expanding Training Opportunities – Widening access to levy-funded training to benefit more employees across industries.
This initiative supports Malaysia’s national aspiration of achieving a 35% skilled workforce.
