In Malaysia, the construction industry is a pivotal driver of economic growth, shaping the nation’s infrastructure, urban development and global competitiveness. As a key sector that underpins economic resilience and societal advancement, the construction industry demands a strategic approach to workforce development and skills enhancement.

Recognising the critical importance of this sector, HRD Corp has developed the IndSF Construction document to serve as a complementary guide for the construction industry. This initiative is designed to address workforce challenges, foster professional excellence and ensure the industry remains agile and future-ready in the face of evolving demands and global standards.
