IndSF DOCUMENT DEVELOPMENT

The Industrial Skills Framework (IndSF) – Agriculture is a comprehensive document developed to benefit individuals in skills development, employers in enhancing human capital, and training providers in crafting insightful training modules for the Agriculture industry. This initiative aims to cultivate a more skilled workforce for the future within the industry.

This document features four (4) core components within the industry:

Considering the ever-changing dynamics of the Agriculture Industry, HRD Corp, together with collaborators, has developed two IndSF documents to cater to two of its subsectors, namely Oil Palm Plantation and Pineapple.

The IndSF Agriculture for Oil Palm Plantation document was successfully developed in 2022 by HRD Corp in collaboration with Malaysian Palm Oil Board (MPOB), Malaysian Palm Oil Association (MPOA), Ministry of Plantation and Commodities, The Incorporated Society of Planters (ISP), FGV Holdings Berhad, Malaysia Unmanned Drones Activist Society (MUDAS), Malaysian Research Accelerator for Technology and Innovation (MRANTI), Malaysia Aerospace Industry Association (MAIA) and Malaysia Productivity Corporation (MPC).

Similarly, the IndSF Non-Perennial Crops (Pineapple) document was developed in collaboration with Malaysia Digital Economy Corporation (MDEC), Malaysia Productivity Corporation (MPC), Malaysian Pineapple Industry Board (MPIB), and FGV Holdings Berhad.
