OVERVIEW
HRD Corp recognises and celebrates training providers and trainers whose notable contributions have significantly advanced human capital development in Malaysia.

Eligible training providers and trainers must meet the following criteria:

  • No disciplinary record.
  • Past winners from 2023 and 2024 are not eligible to participate.
  • Training Providers: Must be registered with HRD Corp and have consistently high numbers of training places and programmes.
  • Trainers: Must be accredited by HRD Corp.

The HRD Awards serve as a symbol of excellence, recognising outstanding achievements in human capital development. Recipients of these awards serve as role models, inspiring their peers and driving transformative change in the field of human resources in Malaysia.

Invitation for Submission
We invite all eligible registered employers to submit their entries via email.

Online Briefing Session
A virtual briefing session will be held for all interested eligible employers who wish to participate.

Eligible employers are required to submit their entries using the Nomination Form by 8 September 2023, 5:30 PM.

Entry Verification and Shortlisting
The internal evaluation panel will verify entries and create a list of shortlisted submissions.

Judging and Business Premise Visits
The external evaluation panel, comprising HR leaders and industry captains, will evaluate shortlisted submissions and conduct visits to the business premises.

The external evaluation panel will select and confirm the shortlisted nominees.

  1. Submissions should utilise the online Nomination Form and include the following essential elements:
    1. Complete written proposal
    2. Relevant supporting documents
  1. Using the Nomination Form, the submission deadline is Friday, 8 September 2023, at 5:30 pm .
  1. There are no fees associated with submissions, and no charges will be applied at any stage of the submission, evaluation, selection, or finalist announcement phases.

Mandatory information:

  1. Background of the company.
  2. Company’s recruitment, retention, reviewing performance and rewards strategy.
  3. Overall learning and development strategy and the achievement from July 2022 to June 2023.
  4. Education, training and development, or human capital development CSR activities and the impact towards community/ environment/ marketplace/ workplace.
  5. Company’s work-life balance and workplace well-being strategy.

 

B. NOMINATION FOR EXCELLENCE TEAM AWARD CATEGORIES

This award honours organisations that has played a pivotal role in the development of the mentioned categories and recognised for the contributions, achievements, or breakthroughs in the fields.
