Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) Survey
Measuring customer satisfaction levels towards our services
The HRD Corp 2022 Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) survey is conducted to measure the level of customer satisfaction towards our services and is targeted at HRD Corp registered employers and training providers.

This annual Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) survey will be held from 19 December 2022 to 6 January 2023.

Registered Employers

Four (4) segments of questions comprising:

  • Customer Touch Points – Experience with HRD Corp
  • Grant Application and Claim Processes Satisfaction Level
  • HRD Corp Product and Services Awareness
  • Perception Towards HRD Corp


Training Providers

Five (5) segments of questions comprising:

  • Customer Touch Points – Experience with HRD Corp
  • Grant Application and Claim Processes Satisfaction Level
  • Satisfaction with HRD Corp Training Providers’ Process
  • HRD Corp Product and Services Awareness
  • Perception Towards HRD Corp
